What is Verando?
Verando is a web app for hotels, guesthouses, event and wedding venues that turns an enquiry into a confirmed event: it builds proposals for conferences, weddings and groups, holds the date in the calendar, sends the contract for online signature and the deposit invoice, and prepares function sheets for your team. It runs alongside your PMS, with plans from €49 a month excl. VAT.
We have a PMS. Why Verando as well?
A PMS handles room reservations. Verando handles the sale before the booking and the event preparation: enquiry, proposal, hold, contract, deposit and function sheet. It runs alongside your PMS.
Can we use our own contract?
Yes. Verando uses your contract wording and cancellation terms and fills in the client, dates, guests, price and instalments from the proposal. The client signs online.
We use spreadsheets and they work.
Keep them: import your price list from Excel. But a spreadsheet won’t send your client a mobile-friendly proposal or tell you they just opened it.
We are a small guesthouse. Is it worth it?
Yes, if you send proposals for parties, groups, corporate stays or weddings. You prepare a proposal in minutes instead of an evening in Word.
How fast can we start?
You create the account yourself in a few minutes. Set up spaces, rooms, prices and your contract in the app and you usually send the first proposal within 48 hours.
What happens to the preview of my website?
We only read the public pages of your website. The preview and downloaded photos are deleted automatically when you close it. If you leave your email, we keep it for 1 day.
Will competitors see our prices?
No. Proposals are not public. Each client gets their own link, only from you.
How much does it cost?
The first 30 days are free, then from €49 a month excl. VAT depending on the size of your property. If you don’t continue, you pay nothing.
Can we use Verando for an event venue without accommodation?
Yes. Build proposals around venue hire, room layouts, catering and additional services. Send the client a proposal with the relevant contract or deposit invoice, and prepare a function sheet for your team. You do not need to offer accommodation.
